教育及工作经历

20037月获华东理工大学有机化学硕士,20044月于日本京都大学攻读博士学位,20073月获京都大学理学博士学位。20072008年在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校化学系从事博士后研究。20088月加入中国科学院上海有机化学研究所任副研究员课题组长,独立开展研究工作,146月起任研究员。2016年任扬州大学特聘教授,加入扬州大学化学化工学院。

研究工作简介

本课题组着重在不对称催化合成手性膦化合物方向和过渡金属催化碳氢键活化方向上开展了研究工作。发展了一种钳形钯催化剂,实现了首例二芳基膦氢对不饱和烯酮及其他各种缺电子烯烃的高对映选择性1,4加成反应。所得各种高光学活性的手性膦化合物可被衍生化作为手性膦配体在不对称催化反应中进一步应用。在碳氢键活化反应方面,发展了双齿单负离子含氮配体,能实现无导向基团芳烃的碳氢键活化反应,以及发展了利用手性磷酰胺,磷酸控制不对称碳氢键活化反应的立体选择性的策略。自独立工作以来,以通讯作者在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.; Chem. Commun.; Org. Lett.等国际期刊上发表多篇研究论文。
